Our friends at Fenway West pointed out that Red Sox Manager Terry Francona and centerfielder Jacoby Ellsbury are now twittering...

Jacoby seems fond of the quick, informational tweets like:

"dinner with kels, then 24"

or

"making road trip to Tampa"

or

"time to shower and walk around the house naked" (just kidding, sorry ladies).

But Tito has already promised to be a little more "off the cuff" on Twitter... here are the latest examples:

"Citi Field tonight. I'm sure it will beat playing at Shea. That place was a dump."

@gehrig38 (yes that Schilling) "Don't mention it, Curt. And as for about cribbage, I love kicking Petey's ass day after day."

If Tito plans to be more candid on Twitter, I can't wait for Dustin Pedroia and Jonathan Papelbon to get on board...

Lastly, you may recall seeing some posts about The Bottom Line Twitter account and our goal of 100 followers before Opening Day. We'll... thanks to some networking advice from MC at Sox Addict, The Bottom Line now has over 400 followers!

Thank you to everyone that signed on and thanks in advance to all who will sign on in the future. I hope to see you all here in the comments section! Go Sox!
