Jon Heyman of SI.com tweets this morning that the Phillies will sign Placido Polanco to a 3-year, $18M deal today. Polanco won a Gold Glove at second base, but the Phillies need to replace Pedro Feliz at third and have Chase Utley at second.
Looks like Mike Lowell will not be trade to Philly...
