1. Jacoby Ellsbury, CF
2. Julio Lugo, SS

-- Clay Buchholz, SP

In relief of Buchholz, we're scheduled to see Jonathan Papelbon, Michael Bowden, and Marcus McBeth.

Also... I found this tid bit about the Jed Lowrie/Julio Lugo battle interesting:

Lowrie's desire to win the position is evident - "he wants to be the guy," center fielder Jacoby Ellsbury said - but Lowrie has taken a measured approach.

"The way I look at it is we're still teammates," Lowrie said. "We're amicable. It's not like we're out there, don't talk, giving each other bad looks. It's a competition that's going to make this team better. It's not a personal battle."

"Amicable" ?? I don't expect all 25 guys on the roster to be best friends, but it sounds to me like Lugo isn't to pleased with Lowrie's emergence last season. And after hearing him say that "no one would be happy on the bench," I wonder if Lugo might become a problem should Lowrie win the starting job or get more time at short as the season goes on...

Only time will tell I guess.
